We offer an interpretation service for people who need help speaking to their GP, and a helpline offering advice on health and NHS services in English and Chinese community languages.

Interpretation Service

Contact us if you need help speaking with your GP or other health professional because of language difficulties. We train Chinese speakers to provide an interpretation service when this is not offered by the hospital or health centre.

Our health helpline offers advice in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka and other dialects. We receive over 6,000 calls every year.

We can offer advice and information on a wide range of health issues, including:
