
We promote the health and well-being of the Chinese community through walking and Tai Chi, a gentle form of physical activity; suitable for all ages and abilities.
Sunday Tai Chi Class
Tai Chi is an excellent form of physical activity. It is a combination of physical yoga and meditation, helping improve posture and strength.
We run two Tai Chi classes every Sunday at the Soho Centre for Health and Care (1 Frith Street, London W1D 3QS).
Class 1: 12:05pm - 1:05pm
Class 2: 1:15pm - 2:15pm
There is a charge of £4 per session.

Walking to Health
Walking is a good way to keep fit and to get out and about. We organise two walking trips a month for the Chinese elderly and carers, to parks and open spaces in London, museums and other places of interests.
