| Healthy Chinese Takeaway Menus |

| This pilot project supports the Chinese Takeaways to develop, display & maintain Healthy Choice Menu in terms of nutritional balance so as to reinforce the value of traditional Chinese good cooking practices. |
| It aims to contribute to the heart health of the UK population as a whole, e.g. cardiovascular disease and non-insulin dependent diabetes. |
| The training seminars to highlight: |
- The basic principles of good nutrition
- The importance of choice of cooking methods and the selection of ingredients
- The awareness of how food and exercise can contribute to the prevention of heart diseases

| Following the training session, participants will be awarded a certificate which entitles them to display the Healthy Takeaways Project logo. |
| For project evaluation, questionnaire has been designed for takeaway customers to fill in. |
