This three year project raised awareness of the early signs and symptoms of cancer in the Chinese community, by providing information, outreach road-shows and a Chinese-English language website on cancer.

Funded by the Department of Health, and delivered by the Chinese National Healthy Living Centre with support from Macmillan Cancer Support, this project raised awareness of the early signs and symptoms of cancer among the Chinese community.

As a part of this work we:

• Published 9 Chinese cancer awareness booklets
• Launched a Chinese-English cancer website
• Provided Chinese information about cancer
• Organised ten Positive towards Cancer road-show events across England

Roadshows in 2010

We ran several road-shows during 2010, from the north of England (Newcastle, Manchester and Sheffield) to the south (Bristol and Southampton).
