	Heritage Lottery Fund	It enables all of us to celebrate, look after and learn more about our diverse heritage. HLF grants open up the nation's heritage for everyone to enjoy.
	Association of London Government	The ALG is committed to fighting for more resources for the capital and getting the best possible deal for London's 33 councils. Part think-tank and part lobbying organisation, they also run a range of services designed to make life better for Londoners.
	Big Lottery Fund	Big Lottery Fund was created by merging the New Opportunities Fund and the Community Fund. It will hand out half the money for good causes from the National Lottery.
	British Heart Foundation	The largest independent funder of heart research in the UK. The website provides clear, concise and up-to-date information on heart health issues and many other related issues.
	CEMVO	It is committed to extending opportunities to people from the most disadvantaged communities in the UK, by playing a leading role in building capacity within minority ethnic community organisations, etc.
	City Parochial Foundation	It exists to benefit the poor of London. ‘The poor’ includes people who, for whatever reason, are socially, culturally, spiritually, environmentally and financially disadvantaged.
	Department of Health	Their aim is to improve the health and well-being of people in England. Here you will find the latest on the Department's work, as well as health and social care guidance, publications and policy.
	Health Foundation	One of the largest independent healthcare charitable foundations in the UK. They distribute around £18 million a year to healthcare-related programmes and initiatives, mainly in the UK, but also internationally.
	King's Fund	The King's Fund is an independent charitable foundation whose goal is to improve health, especially in London.
	National Health Service (NHS)	Its website tells you about health services in the UK. You can find out about your rights to health services, search for a GP or dentist, read about developments in the NHS, and more.
	The Countryside Agency	Working for people and places in rural England. The website provides general information on the Countryside agency, in addition to information regarding meetings, events and job vacancies.

	Awards For All	A Lottery grants programme aimed at local communities. They award grants of between £500 and £5,000 in a simple and straightforward way.
	Birmingham Community Empowerment Network	It is the partnership of community groups and voluntary organisations which exists to enable communities in Birmingham to play a more effective part in local decision making and improving the places they live.
	Community Fund	They distribute money raised by the Lottery to support charities and voluntary groups. They also make grants to UK agencies working abroad.
	The Heart of England Foundation	An independent trust, governed by a Board of Trustees from a variety of backgrounds, that brings together all sorts of people who share a common interest in the well-being of our community.

	Birmingham Chinese Society	The Society serves the Chinese community in Birmingham and West Midlands area. The Society offers help and support on all aspects of issues in the Chinese community.
	Carers UK	Carers UK provides carers, those supporting them and others with national and local information. The site was developed by Carers UK, in partnership with the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (WCIT).
	Chinese Health Information Centre	A well established community-based surgery and information centre, aiming to improving access to health services for Chinese community in Manchester.
	Community Exchange	Provide students/graduates with work experience projects/placements in various organisations so they can develop many of their life and career skills whilst benefiting the community.
	Doncaster Chinese Learning and Resource Centre	The website intends to communicate the needs and aspirations of the Doncaster Chinese Women's Group, and the Doncaster Chinese Learning and Resource Centre as the main umbrella organisation for the Chopstix Youth Group, Chinese Men's Group and the Doncaster Chinese Arts and Culture Group.
	Lai Yin Association	The Association was set up to provide an opportunity for Chinese women, who were very isolated within both their own and the host community, to come together and to gain mutual support.
	Liverpool Chinatown Business Association	A voluntary Chinese business organisation serving Chinese businesses in Chinatown and the Merseyside area. Their aim is to increase the profile of Chinatown and the competitivness of businesses to promote inward investment in the area.
	London Chinese Community Network	The LCCN is a Network of Chinese Community Organisations in London formed in order to promote the interests of the London Chinese Community. This is achieved through enabling mutual support, advocacy at policy level and organisational capacity building.
	St. John Ambulance	UK's leading First Aid, transport and Care charity. Its mission is to provide First Aid and medical support services, caring services in support of community needs and education, training and personal development to young people.
	The Hungerford	The Hungerford has pioneered culturally appropriate methods of working sensitively with drug users and their families from the black and ethnic minority communities.
	Touchstone Support Centre	Their "Chinese Satellite Project" specialise in offering mental health services, which include informal counselling, emotional support, health care advice, social group, living skills group, offsite surgeries etc.
	Wai Yin Chinese Women Society	Founded in 1988 by a group of Chinese women who felt that the needs of Chinese women were not being met. The Society has developed a wide range of employment, education and community services for both men and women.
	Walking the Way to Health	WHI website is for everyone with an interest in 'walking for health'. It offers information, support and encouragement to complete beginners, existing walkers and health and leisure professionals.

	Traditional Chinese Medicine at Middlesex University	The University runs a clinic, at the University's Archway campus, practicing all branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Asanté Academy also conducts a number of research programmes and offers short courses in Tuina, etc.
	CamCare	Gamcare has a commitment to provide responsible attitudes to gambling and to work for the provision of proper care for those who have been harmed by a gambling dependency.
	The Chinese Information & Advice Centre	CIAC offers advice to the Chinese community on immigration and nationality; family & domestic violence; employment; discrimination law.
	The National Autistic Society	It champions the rights and interests of all people with autism to ensure that they and their families receive quality services appropriate to their needs. The society has been at the forefront of providing advice, information and support for people affected by Autism. The Autism Helpline and Advocacy for Education Services offer access to Language Line interpreters for callers whose first language is not English. The Helpline offers impartial and confidential information, advice and support.

	The Pearl Awards	It is the first event of its kind in the UK that aims to recognise and celebrate Chinese achievements in multicultural Britain. It is a project developed in association with Chinatown - The Magazine.
	Chinese Mental Health Association	Providing direct services, increasing mental health awareness, representing Chinese mental health issues in public forum and raising the profile of Chinese mental health issues in the community.
	Ming Ai Institute	Serves all people irrespective of colour or creed for the advancement of Christian religion, the advancement of education, the relief of poverty and the general benefit of the public in such manner as may be charitable.
	North London Chinese Association	Provides various services, such as education, welfare rights advisory, general advisory to our members to achieve improving their life, as well as organising many activities/event to speak for Chinese people and promote the Chinese culture.
	The Pearl Foundation	It has been set up as a social enterprise organisation with the objectives of helping the Chinese community in Britain to contribute, in a socially inclusive way, to the wealth creation of the nation.
	World Huaren Federation	Huaren.org, an Internet-based, World-wide ethnic Chinese organisation. It aims to ensure that Huaren are treated with dignity wherever they are, by promoting the well-beings of all peoples, and by cultivating in Huaren and non-Huaren the spirit of living together as communities of equal citizens.
