We Are Hiring! - Project Co-ordinator £25,000 per annum
Pan London Chinese Dementia and Alzheimer's Awareness and Support Project - We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver a project to raise awareness, provide good-quality information and support Chinese with dementia across London.
The successful candidate will need to have a health promotion/community development/public health background, good organising and communication skills and a good team player. Chinese language ability is also essential.
This project is support by the City Bridge Trust for 3 years.

Healthier Chinese Cuisine Training
We provide training to chefs in Chinese restaurants and takeaways to help them produce healthier menu options, without compromising on flavour. Developed from a project funded by the British Heart Foundation, our training has helped dozens of Chinese restaurants across the UK to reduce the fat, salt and sugar in their food. Read how we helped Chinese chefs in Northern Ireland to cook up healthy new ideas.

NOTICEBOARD - NHS Health Supplement Issue 6
NHS Health Supplement is aimed at providing information to the Chinese community in England on the issues associated with cancer. It has been developed by the National Cancer Action Team in partnership with CNHLC to support the 'Cancer does not discriminate' campaign.
In this issue, we cover NHS cancer screening programmes, awareness information on a number of cancers, and information on stopping smoking. Hard copies can be picked up at our Centre. You can also download online version in:

NOTICEBOARD - PATH B: AN INTERACTIVE GUIDE TO HEP B
"PATH B - My journey with chronic hepatitis B" is an extensive interactive educational resource designed to improve the lives of people living with chronic hepatitis B by providing information and tools to guide them through the different stages of chronic hepatitis B from diagnosis to long-term disease management. NOTICEBOARD - CNHLC wins award for Partnership work
The CNHLC and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust won an award for the success of their partnership in the NHS London Region Health and Social Care Awards 2010.
The award was made in recognition of our work in hepatitis B screening, carried out in partnership with the 56 Dean Street NHS sexual health service.
